Cloud Factory is the much anticipated, first, full-length release from Grey Sky Symphony, a music project started by singer-songwriter, Dillon Hutyra. Plans for the album began towards the end of Dillon's high school career, when he wrote the songs "You're My Favorite Color" and "The Storm" for his old band, Forum. Durring his first year at college, he reformed his musical efforts into Grey Sky Symphony and began seriously working toward a full- length album. The entire album was recorded and produced with a home studio rig that grew as the project advanced. Tracks for the album were recorded everywhere from Dillon's parent's closet to the Recital Hall at Texas State University. Though Grey Sky Symphony is mostly a solo-project, Cloud Factory features the drumming of Forum drummer, Taylor Lapham, along with some other guest musicians.
