Someone 04:22
doors open to let us out it's over but I'm about to start anew I dissolve into this crowd eyes keep a close watch out for you cos there's gotta be someone who feels the same way there's gotta something alive in the bright day I'm always left wondering where they go but I don't know I don't know I can't be the only one that's left when the setting sun renews the guessing game has lost its fun I'm desperate for the race I run to conclude and there's gotta be someone who feels the same way there's gotta be something alive in the bright day I'm always left wondering where they go but I don't know I don't know no I don't! maybe I'm wrong maybe it's what's keeping me strong hidden all along it's something I thought I was missing maybe I'm scared of what I'll be when it is not there constantly aware I close my eyes and try to listen there's gotta be someone there's gotta be someone there's gotta be someone someone who feels the same way there's gotta be something alive in the bright day I'm always left wondering where we go but I don't know I don't know no I don't know! I don't know! I don't know! I don't know

Reality 03:43
I'm wired for the wrong thing so I can barely feel pain every sensation is the same it's only part of a game I'm talking to myself now I'm stalling til I time out calculating on the way down re-arranging all my thoughts how how I want it how I want it to sound cos you can't plan ahead when you're losing losing so much ground how I want it how I want it to sound it's using me instead can't control it in the moment I drown but I'm breathing now I'm hanging in while I can I'm sinking in the quicksand run in circles til I can't stand always working on a new plan and I'm talking to myself now I'm stalling til my time's out contemplating on the way down concentrating on my thoughts how how I want it how I want it to sound cos you can't plan ahead when you're losing losing so much ground how I want it how I want it to sound it's using me instead can't control it in the moment I drown but I'm breathing now I can't sit still, I won't stay quiet! nothing's real until you try it wasted time on auto-pilot the crash is coming, don't deny it wake up from a dream, I'm screaming not from fear but lack of feeling that is why I'm always scheming we make our own reality we make our own reality we make our own reality we see things that we want to see

History 04:00
it's finally done, the time is gone and now my friends are moving on but I can't brink myself around to face the facts and though it hurts it's clear to me that everything is history and every page we turn is never coming back cos all we know is we're not here forever take it slow time will slip right under your feet there it goes at least we're here to together you and me people ask what's coming next to tell the truth its got me vexed the future always seemed just slightly out of grasp most answers have a common theme making plans or chasing dreams anything to help distract us from what's passed because this highway it goes one way you can't turn around and what is left, there's nothing more but put that pedal to the floor and let the radio fill your heart with sound cos all we know is we're not here forever take it slow time will slip right under your feet there it goes at least we're here to together you and me we're making history and this won't last forever time's a game that can't be beat but at least we play together and all we know is we're not here forever take it slow time will slip right under your feet there it goes at least we're here to together you and me we're making history history

a witness to the service a wet and rainy day the patterns on your shoulder in swirls of black and grey I could not help but notice I could not stop but think how far away my life still is from the point of skin and ink and I guess that I'm just pending an unfinished work of art and if it's not worth the time I'm spending I'll just tear it apart endure the after party people you've never met a prehistoric building tables pristinely set I can't define this feeling as I glance around the scene I see where paint is peeling from brown to desperate green and I guess it's never ending the old gets covered by the new and while these colors are still blending I don't know what to do cos I don't waste time making plans I just take it as I can waiting on an open door and here's to hoping it may be something I'll find eventually and when I do I"ll know for sure that this is what I'm meant for I feel like I want to dance but resolve to sit another passing chance but I can't commit so if I ignore you please don't judge me I like you more than I'll admit it's just I toss my hopes so high above me know they'll never stick I don't waster time making plans I just take it as I can waiting on an open door and here's to hoping it may be something I'll find eventually and when I do I"ll know for sure that this is what I"m meant for and am I lazy or just scared? well that's an almost fatal pair it leaves me crippled on the floor and every stupid move I make piles on til I can't fake the way I'm feeling anymore this paint is peeling off the boards
