Glow 04:14
I've been wandering round for so long that I can barely feel the pain or hear the steady rolling thunder the pouring rain if you are or are not sleeping I will have to make a guess I do not where to begin just say yes, please say yes and hold me closer and please don't ever let me go cos I feel colder without your ever-warming glow and don't you know girl you light the way so I can see forget the whole world all I need is you and me you and me I've been waiting for a while time won't seem to let me go just to see that perfect smile and say hello all the odds are stacked against me but I won't let them in my head all this time I can't stop thinking what you said, what you said and hold me closer and please don't ever let me go cos I feel colder without your ever-warming glow and don't you know love there's no where else I'd rather be below or above all I need is you and me all we do and all we are is here right now away form you is much to far so slow it down and stick around I've been wandering round for so long that I can barely feel the pain

Simple Logic 06:15
he was searching for something he knew he would never find he said I'll try now he's running in circles in a maze inside his mind just killing time perfect little puzzles become our downfall we're breaking then we're broken and we lose it all tell me that this is all simple logic and I'll put my rifle down I see waves making time move, clocks tick and numbers are falling to the ground but turn around and we'll slow it down ask a question and learn something you did not know before and move ahead one wrong expression and you are looking for an exit door it's blinking red perfect little puzzles become our downfall we're breaking then we're broken and we lose it all we lie awake and wait the day that something makes sense I want to act but can't attack, I'm stuck on the fence tell me that this is all simple logic and I'll put my rifle down I need something to make my heart sick cos I look my best when I frown but turn around and we'll slow it down turn around or I'll burn this down hey! tell me that this is all simple logic and I'll put my rifle down I see waves making time move, clocks tick and numbers are falling through the ground is there any rhyme or reason left for us to see now last another season and then I'll burn it down

the sound of foot-falls on the field the steady beats that refuse to yield and pump the blood all through your veins a clear blue sky turn into night filled with holes of tiny light and all the leaves begin to change you feel as if you're in a dream that's far from fake or so it seems cos everybody talks so slow and photographs are hazy blurs leave you feeling so unsure you don't know which way to go but when autumn arrives you'll go back in time a cool breeze chills your skin you lose yourself again fond farewells and long goodbyes reunions and tired eyes you're trying hard to stay awake pinpoint the reasons on a chart that put a choke-hold on your heart and now all you can do it wait but when autumn arrives you'll go back in time a cool breeze chills your skin you lose yourself again ya when autumn arrives your life will rewind you can't accept this end you lose yourself again and I cannot say which part I play in this show but I need you so if I'll do please let me know and I can feel it on my shoulder I'll pretend there's someone there but all this time I'm growing colder cos all that fills my lungs is freezing air

Aftertaste 05:09
tell the clocks to tick away the pain a year has passed now my heart has yet to change an empty room slowly fills with smoke defy the broom and on the last bite choke and let me know if you'll ever come around the rain and snow keeps on tumbling, tumbling down the sky is blue but the clouds are oh so grey if not for you then I'd have nothing to say things that could last will go to waste I can't get past this aftertaste all time is gone, is it too late? I'm choking on this aftertaste puzzle pieces fill the pockets of my brain I run in circles just to keep myself sane the compass in me is in panic what to do it's always spinning except when I'm near you you never got the message right just want to have you close tonight and watch the stars go by and watch it all go by things that could last will go to waste I can't get past this aftertaste all time is gone, is it too late? I'm choking on this aftertaste I can't let go is all I know if this is real then tell me so things that could last will go to waste I'm just a pawn, part of a game so make your move, I'll sit and wait it sticks like glue, this aftertaste things that could last will go to waste I can't get past this aftertaste all time is gone, is it too late? I'm choking on this aftertaste oh what a waste this aftertaste oh what a waste this after-

Cavesong 03:49
open my eyes so I can see the light cos everything's dark since we feel through trapped in the cave that is my mind I'm clinging to what is left of you of you and please let me know if there is any reason cos logic's a shadow on the wall distorting the past like an endless re-run I'll always think twice before I fall before I fall I can't and I won't find a way out of here I can't stand it and please don't cos you're all I know dear even when you disappear you tell me that I should spend this time learning and everything will play its role the fire in my heart keeps the gears all turning a steely machine I can't control I can't control I can't and I won't find a way out of here I can't stand it and please don't cos you're all I know dear even when you disappear you don't exist outside the mind you're just a ghost I tried to find something about this missing piece falls from your face with this release and all at once you disappear I try and yell but you're not here there's only echoes back instead they're in my head, you're in my head
7.
Dirt Town 02:25
we are lost now there's no one around a sea made of sound in which we drown and we cry out so so violently but there's nothing left of you and me for you and me well it's all we know so just let go kill me now dear and I'll be okay my path was clear from miles away and leave this dirt town for city light my heart rebounds I'll be alright, ya I'll be alright it's all I know I can't let go and we won't live forever so why waste time with never know how to say goodbye? the pain it tears, distorts us but in good time informs us without us ever asking why

The Coast 03:32
10.
Second Hands 03:37
I'm all out of reasons to scream the nightmare's over, this is only a dream but don't wake me cos I need the sleep it cannot get much worse than this stuck here waiting to see if I exist this mirror distorts and twists can't think straight, it makes no sense I've lost all time, can't tell it if it were mine I'd sell it is nothing left but second hands? it all counts down, we're waiting and in our heads creating a kind of path, some sort of plan
11.
Fool's Gold 04:31
if you and I could simply see a list of all our possibilities we wouldn't have to be so cold and I feel much worse than I've before cos in my head there's a light behind a door but it won't budge cos it's locked, I'm told and the key is made out of fool's gold so you buried your treasure in the ground left a map with the hopes it would be found by the one who could make things right but years pass by you in a rush and the box below your feet will turn to dust as you toss and turn every night and you tell yourself that I should just give up the fight and you could stay alone forever ya you could sit and wonder why people say that you could do so much better if you could just find some way to shine so I'll try and roll the die a couple times or fill the air up with nickels and with dimes because chance is the game hearts play but gamblers never know what they will get and when I play I'm all in on every bet cos I can't waste time these days and my mind has never like change and I could stay alone forever ya I could stare into the sky people say that I could do so much better if I could just spread my wings and fly if you open up your eyes you'll see that there's no place to go but there's no need to run and hide it's over sooner than you know smoke fills air around our heads and the flames at our feet are burning red but we can't move cos it's cold outside ever though we've tried and tried and we could stay alone forever ya we could sit and wonder why people say that we could do so much better if we could just find some way to shine if we could just leave this all behind
12.
we waited out the fire in a parking lot parade rain fell from the sky as we watched it burn away a spectacle before us painted yellow orange and red a silent singing chorus filled the spaces in our heads everything is blurry because everything will pass I wake up extra early just to sleep my way through class but my alarm clock is my best friend, it tells me when I'm wrong it puts me in my place and it sings my favorite songs oh oh, oh oh tell me not to listen to the things that I've been told waste time growing up just to die when you are old and all is black and turned to ash, things are not as they seem you close your eyes so tight you hardly hear the screams we waited out the fire in a parking lot parade when there's no fire at all what fills the empty space?
13.
I never dreamed this train would get blown off the track first with the engine room and towering smoke stacks and though all of the crew will try to lend a hand it's hard to fix something that's not part of the plan I wrote a song for you so you could deny the fact that I exist while fireworks fill the sky and disappearing people make no sense at all don't close your eyes to truth the end will always follow you I'll follow you oh, oh oh oh, oh oh the air is thick with all the sound of red alarms alerting us what we approach may do us harm a sudden splash and then we find ourselves alone you floated up while I sank just like a stone and please shut that window dear, this dust will fill my throat we should be far from here but we both missed the boat so why not stay awhile and have a cup of tea I know I'm dead to you but that doesn't bother me oh, oh oh oh, oh oh we lost the path we're off the tracks and now we crash a ghost at last at last so let me go like a fist full of sand I try and try yet still don't understand when rhyme and reason leave us gasping for air well I"ll just stop breathing cos I no longer care
14.
Abigail 03:22
Abby, where have you been lately? your hearts somewhere icy and covered in snow the winter, it left you with nothing but the spring is coming and home you will go and you will find there is reason to compare the time you had before the dotted lines alone, driver's seat the radio repeats a million different ways to say it's fine you say it's fine Abby, these roads do the tearing the teeth that they're bearing can fill you with fear but don't hide, there's promise in streetlight all along the roadside, to make the way clear just freeze-frame this silly little game the best won't always be in your rear-view and you can embrace these little hands and open up your eyes to something new to something new hey! hey! Abigail, can you not tell? you're not alone in waiting for the end and we don't know where we will go but in our minds we picture and pretend
15.
Numbers 04:43
standing with your eyes so wide you take it in hold it inside background noises fill the air this is not real but you don't care you don't care it's not there conversation comes in peaks the in-betweens when you can't speak these numbers make no sense at all they blur to black as down they fall as down they fall you feel so small you feel so small oh oh oh oh you feel so small you're not at all oh oh oh oh you try your best to crack this code but it's more complex than you know go on and rid yourself of doubt you take it in and let it out scream and shout scream and shout oh oh oh oh scream and shout what you're about oh oh oh oh
16.
everything moves us like lonely windmills the tiniest wind gust can keep us from standing still we've all got our reasons, well I'm down to my last I've finally begun to leave behind what's come to pass
17.
The Grey Sea 08:10
so we left our homes drove straight to the coast to watch the waves roll in we braced ourselves for the end, the end oh in the dark grey sea all these memories as you let them go they float away and sink below, below oh below, below oh below, below oh all these ticking clocks push foam through these rocks where the current goes is something we'll never know, we know oh we know, we know oh we know, we know oh we know, we know oh and I don't know where we are going but we've still got the time to choose the fire inside is always growing and there's so little left to lose
